The project is being developed by Limes 20. The project is co-owned by European Energy Italy PV Holding and Limes Renewable Energy, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

FV Noto 2 Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 41.3 hectares.

Contractors involved
