The project was developed by Assignia Infraestructuras, Enlight Renewable Energy and Grupo Essentium. Enlight Renewable Energy, Others and Menora Mivtachim Holdings are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 72%, 14.7% and 13.3% respectively.
The project generates 337,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 260,000 households, offsetting 150,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $460.512m.

Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 69 units of N149/4.0-4.5 turbines, each with 4.8MW nameplate capacity.
