Description
TOA OIL and Electric Power Development are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60% and 40% respectively.
It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is off-gas. In case of shortage of off-gas the plant can also run on Residual Fuel Oil.
The Gas fired project consists of 1 gas turbine with 81.56MW nameplate capacity.

Development status
The project got commissioned in June 2003.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Tokyo Electric Power Co Holdings under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years.
