Description

The project was developed by Ethiopian Electric Power and Webuild. The project is currently owned by Ethiopian Electric Power.

The electric generators for the project were procured from Voith Hydro Holding.

Voith Hydro Holding is the O&M contractor for the Gilgel Gibe (Gilgel Gibe II ) for a period of 2 years.
