China Ming Yang Wind Power Group, China Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy, China Three Gorges New Energy, Datang International Power Generation, Guangdong Electric Power Development, Guangdong Energy Group and Guangzhou Development Group are currently owning the project.

The wind turbines in the Guangdong Guishan Zhuhai Wind Farm Phase Ia are installed on fixed foundations. An array of jacket foundations feature in the phase.
