Description
The project is being developed by Guodian Xiangshan Offshore Wind Power. GD Power Development and Ningbo Tianan Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 14% respectively. The project will be spread over an area of 55.8km². The turbines will be mounted on fixed type foundations.

The project construction is expected to commence from 2020. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by December 2021.

Guodian Zhejiang Xiangshan 1 Offshore Wind Farm (Guodian Zhejiang Xiangshan 1 Offshore Wind Farm Phase 2) will be equipped with Zhejiang Windey Wind Generating Engineering WD225-9000-OS turbines. The phase consists of 56 turbines with 9MW nameplate capacity.
