Hanul 4 (Ulchin 4) is a Generation II nuclear reactor developed by Combustion Engineering, Doosan Enerbility and Korea Engineering and Construction, are the main contractors for the project.

KEPCO Engineering and Construction and Korea Engineering and Construction were selected as the architect engineers for the reactor. The reactor system was supplied by Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction. The reactor vessel has been supplied by Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction. The material used for the construction of the vessel is Alloyed Steel (SA508 Cl3). The civil works were carried out by DongAh Construction Industrial.
