Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Heilongjiang Ruihao Technology Group. The company has a stake of 100%.
The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 700,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $381.382m.
The wind power project will consists of 200 turbines each with 1.5 MW nameplate capacity.
Development status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2016.
