Description
Hebei Provincial Electric Power, Hebei Provincial Construction and Investment and China Resources Power Holdings are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 40%, 35% and 25% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Shanxi Province.
The project generated 3,235,180MWh of electricity.
Development status
The project got commissioned in December 1995.

The power generated from the project is sold to North China Power Grid under a power purchase agreement.
