Huadian Power International, Yankuang Energy Group and Zoucheng Municipal Assets Operation are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 69%, 30% and 1% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The fuel is procured from Yanzhou Coal.

The project generated 10,810,000MWh of electricity.
