Huaneng Power International, Beijing Jingneng International Energy and China Hua Neng Group Hong Kong are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 41%, 34% and 25% respectively.

It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Shanganning Pipeline.

The project generated 4,136,000MWh of electricity.
