The project was developed by Conergy Japan and Taihei Technos. The project is currently owned by Ichinoseki Solar Power 1 GK with a stake of 99%.
Ichinoseki-Global Power Synergy Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 221.406 acres.
The project generates 28,639MWh electricity thereby offsetting 13,947.2t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $89.463m.
26 inverters have been installed at the project site.

The project got commissioned in December 2017.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Tohoku Electric Power under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.357kWh for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 20.8MW.

Conergy Japan was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
Blue Leaf Energy Asia was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 95,854 modules at the site.
The mounting systems have been supplied by Mounting Systems for the project.
Conergy Japan is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
