Description
The project was developed by Longyuan (Bayannaoer) Wind Power and is currently owned by China Longyuan Power Group.
The project generates 124,340MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 6,092 households, offsetting 128,586t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $67.48m.

Sinovel Wind Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 units of SL1500/77 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
