The project was developed by Longyuan (Keyouqianqi) Wind Power and is currently owned by China Longyuan Power Group.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in May 2011.

Sinovel Wind Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
