Description
The project is currently owned by Iran Power Development.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Gas Oil.
The project cost is $347.817m.
The Gas fired project consists of 1 steam turbine with 160MW nameplate capacity.

MAPNA Turbine Engineering & Manufacturing was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 2 units of MGT-70 gas turbines, each with 162MW nameplate capacity.
