Description
The project was developed by Itezhi Tezhi Power. The project is co-owned by The Tata Power and ZESCO, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 6,000 million cubic meter. The net head of the project is 40m. The project generated 611 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $244m.

Power purchase agreement
