Description
The project is developed and owned by Azerenergy. The company has a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Heavy Fuel Oil.

Azenco was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the gas fired power project.
The Gas fired project have been supplied by GE Power and Harbin Turbine.
