The project is being developed and currently owned by Abu Dhabi Future Energy, EDF Renewables and Nesma Renewable Energy. The company's ownership stake in the project stands as 33.4%, 33.3% and 33.3% respectively.

LONGi Solar Technology will be the supplier of PV modules for the solar power project.
