Description

The project was developed by EPA and is currently owned by Acciona Energia Internacional.

The project generates 82,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 40,000 households, offsetting 79,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $70.467m.

The Concrete towers installed at the project site are 120m high.

Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 11 units of AW-116/3000 turbines, each with 3MW nameplate capacity.
