Kurokawa Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 513,610 square meters.
The project generates 31,386MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 10,400 households.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Tohoku Electric Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years from 2019. The contracted capacity is 18.9MW.

Trina Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 84,112 modules at the site.
The inverters were procured from Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems for the project.
Juwi Shizen Energy, Juwi Shizen Energy Operation and Trina Solar Japan Energy were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
