La Fernandina Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 111 hectares.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 26,000 households, offsetting 40,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

OPDE Holding was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Risen Energy was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 134,820 modules each with 370W of nameplate capacity.

Gamesa Electric supplied 18 of its E - 2.5MVA-SB-I inverters to the project site.

The project is utilising single axis trackers supplied by PV Hardware Solutions SLU.

OPDE Holding is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
