Description

The project is being developed by Engie and Forestalia Renovables. Mirova, GE Energy Financial Services, Engie and Forestalia Renovables are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 25%, 15% and 9% respectively.

The wind power project consists of 17 turbines, each with 5.8MW nameplate capacity.

The project will have 135m high towers.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2018. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Engie Espana SLU under a power purchase agreement for a period of 12 years.

GE Renewable Energy is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the wind power project.

The rotor blades are likely to be supplied by LM Wind Power Holding. The blade length is expected to be 170.000m.
