Layer Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 240 acres.
The project is expected to generate 48,084MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 16,581 households. The project is expected to offset 11,210t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $45.659m.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.
