The project is being developed by Lovedean Green. The project is co-owned by Cero Generation and Enso Energy, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Lovedean Solar Farm 1 is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 87 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 76,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 12,300 households. The project is expected to offset 11,422t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
