Description
The project was developed by LightSource Renewables. The project is co-owned by BP and Lightsource BP Renewable Energy Investments, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
Maghaberry Airfield Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 40.68 hectares.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 6,440 households, offsetting 11,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $34.592m.
