Description

The project was developed by Mokran Solar Energy. ARKA Solar Energy and JAASK Total Development are currently owning the project.

Mahan Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 42 hectares.

The project generates 34,600MWh electricity thereby offsetting 22,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project consists of 76,192 modules, each with 260W nameplate capacity.

Development status

The project got commissioned in July 2017.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA) under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

Contractors involved

Adore was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Wynnertech Power supplied 8 of its Wynnertech ALBA 4X inverters to the project site.
