Oklahoma Gas and Electric and Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 77% and 23% respectively.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Oneok Natural Gas Pipeline.
