It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is brown coal. In case of shortage of brown coal the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Bohemia and West Bohemia Mines.
