Merchang Quantum Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 180 acres.
The project generates 94,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 31,000 households, offsetting 70,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project construction commenced in 2017 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in July 2019.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Tenaga Nasional under a power purchase agreement for a period of 21 years.
