Description
The project was developed by Centrale Photovoltaique De Merle Sud. Total Quadran, Credit Agricole CIB and Terra Energies are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 40%, 30% and 30% respectively.
Merle Sud Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 22 hectares.
The project generates 15,060MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 12,830 households. The project cost is $11.748m.

Contractors involved
AUO was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 39,984 modules each with 300W of nameplate capacity.
Huawei Technologies supplied its SUN2000 - 60KTL inverters to the project site.
