Description

The project is co-owned by Capital Power and Manulife Investment Management (US), with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

Development status

The project got commissioned in June 1989.

Consumers Energy, Dow Chemical and Midcontinent Independent System Operator are the power offtakers from the project.
