Description

The project is co-owned by Kentucky Power and Wheeling Power, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil.
