The project was developed by Edisun Power Europe and Smartenergy Invest. Others and Smartenergy Invest are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 66.9% and 33.1% respectively.
Mogadouro Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 65 hectares.
The project generates 80,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 20,000 households, offsetting 31,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The project consists of 136,108 modules, each with 360W nameplate capacity.
250 inverters have been installed at the project site.

The project got commissioned in December 2020.
