Description
The project was developed by AMP Solar Group, Tec-C Investments and Terrain Solar. The project is currently owned by AMP Solar Group with a stake of 100%.
Molong Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 80 hectares.
The project generates 78,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 10,981 households, offsetting 53,585t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $29m.

Contractors involved
Grupo Gransolar was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
Canadian Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 89,088 modules at the site.
The project is utilising trackers supplied by PVHardware.
Grupo Gransolar is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2020.
