Narrabri Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 450 hectares.
The project is expected to generate 315,165MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 45,000 households. The project is expected to offset 274,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $123.74m.
The solar power project consists of 440,000 modules.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2025.
