Description
The project was developed by EDP Renewables Canada. Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation and EDP Renovaveis are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50.01% and 49.99% respectively.
The project generates 306,600MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 28,000 households, offsetting 215,470t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The project has 131m high towers.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Independent Electricity System Operator under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.

EDP Renewables Canada is the O&M contractor for the wind power project, commencing from the year 2021.
