The project was developed by Elliott Green Power, Epuron and Island Green Power UK. The project is currently owned by Atmos Renewables with a stake of 100%.
Nevertire Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 500 acres.
The project generates 265,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 42,000 households, offsetting 221,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project construction commenced in 2018 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in May 2020.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to ZEN Energy under a power purchase agreement for a period of 10 years from 2020. The contracted capacity is 105MW.
