Novoselytsia Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 25 hectares.
The project generates 17.8GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 4,900 households, offsetting 17,806t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $13.981m.
The project got commissioned in June 2019.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Kirovograd Oblenergo VAT under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2019.
Kness Group was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
LONGi Solar Technology was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 45,234 modules each with 345W of nameplate capacity.
Solar inverters for the project were procured from Kness Group and Kstar New Energy.
The mounting systems have been supplied by Kness Group for the project.
