Okukiyotsu (Okukiyotsu Unit 2) is equipped with Toshiba Energy Systems and Solutions francis turbine. The phase consists of 1 turbine with 310MW nameplate capacity.

Hitachi Mitsubishi Hydro supplied 4 electric generators for the Okukiyotsu (Okukiyotsu 1). The generator capacity is 280 MVA.
