Description

The project is being developed by Infra Builders, Oy Mankala and Suomen Hyotytuuli. Suomen Hyotytuuli and Oy Mankala are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.

The project is expected to generate 250,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 12,500 households.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2025.

Contractors involved

Vestas Wind Systems will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 15 units of V162-6.2 MW turbines, each with 6.2MW nameplate capacity.
