Description
The project is being developed by SBESS Services ProjectCo Two. Adani Group, Others and TotalEnergies are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 56%, 24% and 20% respectively.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Uttar Pradesh Power under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.039kWh for a period of 25 years. The capacity to be procured is 274.4MW.
