The project was developed by SunEdison and is currently owned by Corporacion Multi Inversiones.
Pacifico I Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 120 hectares.
The project generates 52,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is $57.714m.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Empresa Nacional de Energia Electrica under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
Contractors involved
SunEdison was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
Astronergy was selected as the supplier of PV modules for the project.
The project is utilising horizontal single axis trackers supplied by NEXTracker.
