Description
The project was developed by National Projects Construction. Madhya Pradesh Power Generating and Maharashtra State Power Generation are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 67% and 33% respectively.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 1.24 million cubic meter. The project generated 350.5 GWh of electricity.

Bharat Heavy Electricals was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 2 units of francis turbines, each with 80MW nameplate capacity.
