The project is developed and owned by Pacific Hydro.
The project generates 282GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 170,000 households, offsetting 100,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $140m.
The project has 150m high towers.

Contractors involved
Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 32 units of GW 2.5/121 turbines, each with 2.55MW nameplate capacity.
Goldwind International Holdings (HongKong) is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
