The project is being developed by Marubeni, PetroVietnam Power and Tokyo Gas. The project is co-owned by Colavi, Marubeni, PetroVietnam Power and Tokyo Gas, with their respective ownership stake of 25% each.

It is a Thermal power plant.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2026. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by April 2027.
