Description
The project was developed by San Buenaventura Power. Meralco PowerGen, Others, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, JERA, Diamond Generating Asia and Kyuden International are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 24.82%, 12.45%, 5.87%, 2.93% and 2.93% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload.
Development status
The project got commissioned in September 2019.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Meralco PowerGen under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 455MW.
