Description

The project is developed and owned by Cleantech Global Renewables and Sun Asia Energy. The owners have 50% stake in the project respectively.

Santa Barbara Solar Power Project is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 28 hectares.

The project generates 32,500MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 16,000 households, offsetting 19,500t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project consists of 49,672 modules.

6 inverters have been installed at the project site.

The project construction commenced in 2022 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in June 2022.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Dagupan Electric under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years. The contracted capacity is 15MW.
