The project was developed by Guodian Shandong Electric Power and is currently owned by China Energy Investment.

Contractors involved
Shenyang Huachuang Wind Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 units of CCWE-1500/82DF turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
