Description

The project was developed by British Solar Renewables, Compton Group and WElink Energy UK. The project is currently owned by Foresight Solar & Technology VCT with a stake of 100%.

Shotwick Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 220 acres.

The project generates 68,900MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 13,816 households, offsetting 24,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $105.448m.

China Triumph International Engineering was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Jetion Solar (China) was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 250,000 modules each with 255W of nameplate capacity.
