The project supplies enough clean energy to power 300,000 households, offsetting 1,000,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $150m.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Manila Electric under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.058kWh for a period of 20 years.

Solar Philippines Power Project Holdings was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 450,000 modules at the site.
